Reporting directly to the Director of International Sales & Clinical Support, you will drive the deployment of our hemodynamic product strategy for the MEZA and ASOC regions. Acting as a bridge between local teams and global product pillars, you will:

• Analyze market conditions, competition, and local needs for hemodynamic products.

• Contribute to the development and adaptation of the Strategic Plan for each country in the region.

• Organize and lead clinical workshops, KOL events, and training sessions for local teams and customers.

• Support local teams in the successful launch and promotion of hemodynamic solutions.

• Conduct competitive intelligence and analyze local clinical guidelines.

• Prepare budgets and track commercial performance for the hemodynamic portfolio.

• Strong clinical background in healthcare, ideally with experience in hemodynamic care.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and training skills.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment with frequent travel (50% of your time).
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, regulatory, and training teams.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
